I’m so thankful you’re here!
Welcome to Stories by Suddreth! My name is Key and I’d love to share more about my story and background with you. I’m a video content creator who is passionate about sharing all things health, fitness, and lifestyle related! This blog was initially created as an extension of my YouTube channel, but it has truly now become so much more than just that.
For such a long time, I’ve had a sincere desire to help others. I knew that I wanted to provide value to people and serve people in such a fun and special way; that I wanted to wake up every morning excited to do work that I LOVE and am truly passionate about. (I think we all deserve that.) However, I struggled so much throughout years of college, having absolutely no idea what that would look like for me. And that left me feeling lost.
In 2016, I became so fascinated and drawn towards social media (YouTube, specifically). I knew at that time that content creation would become the path I’d want to take. So, with the support of my boyfriend (now husband), I actually withdrew from college in 2017. I remember feeling so much peace and fear all at once.
I thought I wanted to focus solely on fashion blogging, because I genuinely love styling pieces and would get tons of compliments on my outfits. But after attempting that route, I realized that something about fashion blogging alone, personally, didn’t leave me feeling fulfilled. I unexpectedly took time off from creating, starting in January 2020, to find what truly brings me the most joy.
After facing some hardships and being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder earlier in 2020, I began a long-awaited weight loss journey. I’ve learned that taking care of my physical health can also be such a great blessing for my mental health. Overall, making fitness a part of my lifestyle has been incredibly life-changing. And now there’s so much that I’ve learned along the way that I really want to share to help change and improve the lives of others. I’ve discovered such an excitement and passion for health and fitness that I never ever thought would’ve existed.
There are a LOT of things in my life that I have struggled with and have had to overcome. To name just a few, anxiety/depression, weight gain, battling acne for 13 years (face/back/chest/shoulders), and self-confidence/esteem issues really brought me down for some time. There’s even more I can add to that list. So while I’ll be sharing tons and tons of health and fitness related posts, I also will be opening up about things beyond that, to share even more ways that I’ve improved and enhanced my quality of life.
As you browse my website, I hope that you’ll see that I am a real and relatable person, who is full of imperfections and insecurities, too. I can’t wait to use this blog to share more stories of how I’ve overcome many challenging things and how they’ve changed my life. I’m a firm believer that there is purpose in pain, and I just want to help people who have felt broken in ways that I have, to use what I’ve gone through for something good. I truly hope that this will bring value and hope to those who can relate and need it most! Ultimately, I want us all to thrive, live our best lives, and become the best version of ourselves!
One day at a time, I’m changing my life and I’m so excited to share the journey of it all with you!

Every ounce of support will forever mean more than we can ever express. Every visit to this site, every comment and share on a blog post, your engagement (likes, comments, saves/bookmarks, shares) on my social media accounts, and any purchase made through links you click on here, matters. I genuinely appreciate it so much. To support me in these ways, is to support my family! I wouldn’t do any of this if it weren’t for support from people like you. So from our hearts to yours, thank you!
